Axe oil tycoon Leong Heng Keng was a 'true gentleman'

SINGAPORE - To many, he is the shrewd businessman behind the growth of the popular Axe Brand Universal Oil empire.

Dr Leong Heng Keng took over the business in 1971 from his father, the late Mr Leung Yun Chee.
