SINGAPORE – Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) announced on April 8 that it will leave Star Alliance, a global airline alliance that includes Singapore Airlines and All Nippon Airways.

From Sept 1, SAS will join SkyTeam, another airline alliance that includes China Airlines and Garuda Indonesia.
