PARIS - Singaporeans returning to Europe will find that the enforcement of Covid-19 rules varies wildly from country to country.

During my recent journeys across Europe, I discovered that while France, Ireland and Scotland are somewhat strict on Covid-19 rules, England and Northern Ireland are relaxed, and Belgium is hit or miss.
