BROOME – The Western Australian resort town might not be a destination many Singaporeans know right now – I had never even heard of Broome until Jetstar Asia launched the inaugural international direct flight route there in late June.
But at 4½ hours from Singapore by air, this coastal town makes a good alternative destination to popular, family-friendly Perth, which is in the same Australian state.
