For many travellers, shopping is part of the fun – especially when it offers the chance to bring home something you cannot find anywhere else. On board the

Disney Adventure

, shopping has been designed with a sense of discovery in mind, offering guests plenty of reasons to browse between activities.

Setting sail from Singapore in March, Disney Cruise Line’s (DCL) first ship based in Asia has a retail space that takes up more than 17,000 sq ft. Simply put, it is a wide-ranging shopping experience featuring all-new venues and curated in-store collections, offering numerous ways to commemorate your magical voyage.

The natural starting point for many guests is the World of Disney store, which makes its first appearance on a DCL ship aboard the Disney Adventure. Spread across three interconnected locations, the store houses everything that guests could want, from plush toys and iconic Mouse Ear headbands to apparel and accessories.

If luggage space is a concern, consider shipping larger pictures and prints, making it easier to choose something you truly like without worrying about fitting it into your suitcase.

Special Disney Adventure merchandise features Singapore-inspired designs, showcasing the city’s skyline, as well as its flora and fauna.

What makes the Disney Adventure notable is the special collection inspired by South and South-east Asia. One range features motifs of the Singapore skyline and iconic landmarks, while another pays tribute to the city’s flora and fauna.

Other product designs include a vibrantly hued collection inspired by the ancient architectural styles of Jaipur, India. Together, these collections have been thoughtfully curated to reflect the region’s rich artistic traditions in true Disney style.

Also making its cruise debut: the National Geographic Store. In collaboration with DCL, National Geographic has developed a co-branded line of apparel and outdoor accessories like hats and bags, available on board alongside its regular athleisure line.

Fans of Disney will also recognise Duffy – Mickey Mouse’s teddy bear companion. The Duffy and Friends Shop is making its first appearance on a DCL ship, with a special nautical-themed collection featuring Duffy and Friends Characters dressed for life at sea – the kind of exclusive releases collectors often plan trips around.

Treasures Untold, inspired by The Little Mermaid, carries DCL co-branded items, premium apparel, jewellery and accessories. Diamonds & Wishes offers fine jewellery and luxury timepieces, while the Castle Collection has some of Disney’s most recognisable merchandise lines.

Guests will also find travel essentials, electronics, cosmetics and sundries – useful if you have forgotten something. But the heart of the retail experience aboard the

Disney Adventure

is built around variety and discovery, offering something for every kind of traveller.
