SINGAPORE - Homemaker Jolene Teo, 47, has been itching for an overseas trip. When Australia was included in the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) scheme last month, the family was "quite tempted" to go, she says.

"It is one of our favourite countries and we have friends there," adds the mother of two sons aged 16 and 13.
