KOCHI, India – A queue for the toilet at cafe and art gallery Lila Curated Experiences sparks an unexpected encounter.

In the courtyard, an artist is putting the final touches on a mural titled New World Order, where blindfolded world leaders are seated at a long table, a warped version of Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper. It is part of a group show on politics and dissent.
