SINGAPORE – When educator Lata Krishnan, 60, and her 54-year-old friend were planning a week-long trip to Kerala, India, in December 2023, they wanted maximum enjoyment and minimum stress.
A month and a half before their holiday, the pair engaged Indian travel agency Sree’s Tours and Travels, based in Kerala, to customise their itinerary and make bookings on their behalf. This gave them the freedom to travel at their own pace, without the stress of trip planning.
