SINGAPORE – Ms Ho Ren Yung is one busy bee. Besides welcoming her third child – a boy – in January, the 39-year-old senior vice-president of brand and commercial at hospitality group Banyan is anticipating the arrival of another 19 babies in 2024.

These newcomers, however, will not be needing diaper changes.
