With a fresh look and an exciting line-up of new stores, Tampines 1 is ready to welcome back familiar faces and newcomers alike.
The overhaul of the six-storey Tampines 1 is more than a superficial update – it is a complete retail revamp. The mall now features 68 new stores, including 12 making their debut in Singapore, such as Namu Bulgogi, the Korean oakwood smoke-grill speciality restaurant, and Lenskart Studio, the Indian multinational eyewear retailer.
Additionally, 27 brands new to Frasers Property have joined the line-up. This includes cafes like Tiong Bahru Bakery, Sinpopo, Matcha Saro 108 and Fieldnotes, as well as fashion and beauty retailers such as Sephora and Love, Bonito.
These additions offer a diverse range of dining, beauty and fashion options, providing shoppers with even more choices.
The mall also features newly designed spaces, updated restrooms and improved access points, like extra escalators, making visits more convenient. Here’s a glimpse of what shoppers can look forward to at the vibrant community destination.
A fashion destination in the heartlands

East-side residents no longer have to journey to the city for their favourite fashion brands, as Tampines 1’s new line-up brings popular names to their doorstep.
Fashion-forward shoppers will be thrilled by the presence of brands such as Love, Bonito, Playdress, The Editor’s Market, and Love and Bravery, all of which offer curated clothing collections.
Accessories brand By Invite Only is another exciting addition, along with coveted fashion brands like The Closet Lover and Anothersole, eliminating the need for shoppers to travel to town.
A new culinary landscape
One of the most noticeable changes at Tampines 1 is the increase in dining concepts.
Craving Japanese cuisine? The mall offers a variety of authentic options such as Haruyama Udon, Aburi En and Yakiniku Like with grilled meats, sushi conveyor belts at Sushiro and Sushi Plus, and light bites from Nippon Bite.
For those looking to try something different, Namu Bulgogi, the first Korean oakwood smoke-grill speciality restaurant in Singapore, is a must-visit. Notable highlights include Wine Connection serving up charcoal-grilled chicken with S.O.S Chicken, while vegetarians will be glad to see Greendot among the newcomers.

Cafe dwellers will also find plenty of options, with cosy spots like Toast Box, Sinpopo Coffee, Tiong Bahru Bakery and Mamma Mia Trattoria E Caffe providing perfect hangout spots for casual dining.
The expanded culinary options mean that visitors can now enjoy a broader range of dining experiences, catering to every palate and occasion.
Revitalised spaces for everyone
Beyond the new retail and dining options, the mall’s rejuvenated spaces cater to a diverse range of visitors, whether you’re looking for a quick coffee break or a full day out with the family.
Visitors can look forward to Tampines 1’s iconic Halloween Maze, part of the rooftop festivities running from Oct 18 to Nov 3, 2024. These events promise fun-filled activities that add an exciting layer to the mall’s offerings. However, the Halloween Maze is not suitable for those with medical conditions, pregnant women and children under 12 years old without adult supervision.

With a host of new brands, events and promotions, Tampines 1 has something for everyone, making it the go-to shopping destination for Easties and beyond.
