SINGAPORE - Fashion designer Leslie Chia ranks as one of the city's veteran tailors, but he still has new tricks up his perfectly tailored sleeve.

The 52-year-old behind bespoke tailor PIMABS co-founded Closeknip in 2018, pioneering what he calls a hybrid system of ready-to-wear and made-to-measure suiting.
