SINGAPORE - When the pandemic put a stop to tourism, home-grown jewellery brand Risis was stumped.

Without tourists, the going was tough for the brand known for its orchid brooches and souvenirs. But it ended up being a timely way to streamline and rebrand, says chief executive Verene Ng.
