Pixi Beauty launches summer essentials
Before hybrid beauty products were officially a trend, cult make-up and skincare brand Pixi Beauty had already rocked the beauty world for more than 20 years with its multitasking items.
Now, with the launch of its latest range, Pixi – founded in London by make-up artist Petra Strand – is set to make waves again.
The On-the-Glow Superglow Hydrating Balm Highlighter ($31) revitalises and balances skin with ginseng, aloe vera and fruit extracts.
The On-the-Glow Blush CheekTone ($31) adapts to your skin’s pH, creating a bespoke blush for cheeks and lips, while the +Hydra LipTreat ($13) combines hyaluronic acid, avocado oil and shea butter to keep lips plump and hydrated.
Pixi’s skincare range also shines with the Antioxidant Tonic ($25), featuring cloudberry and birch water to hydrate and protect while delivering the coveted “Pixi Glow”. And for tired eyes, the Nutrifeye patches ($42) provide hydration and a cooling effect to refresh your under-eyes instantly.

Singapore just got a whole lot wilder with the launch of Urban Jungle at Sephora. Founded in 2020, this Australia-born, South Korea-made beauty brand is bringing fun, inclusive and accessible skincare to local shores.
Combining Korean formulations with affordable prices, the brand boasts a cruelty-free collection. One notable product is the Sake Bomb Gel Cleanser ($38), infused with Fermented Sake and AHA, which is said to cleanse, exfoliate and brighten your complexion.
The GOAT Face Serum ($40), packed with niacinamide, vitamin C, ferulic acid and hyaluronic acid, is also worth a try. It uses micro-encapsulation technology for deep penetration and maximum potency.
For the body, the Grime Fighter Body Wash ($32), formulated with apricot seed oil and lactic acid, cleanses, soothes and exfoliates your skin.
Follow up with the Midas Touch Body Lotion ($34), enriched with apricot seed oil and niacinamide to nourish and brighten your skin.
Urban Jungle is available exclusively on sephora.sg, in-app and at selected Sephora outlets.

Japan’s Biore has launched two new products to elevate your skincare and make-up routine: the Biore UV Aqua Rich Aqua Highlight Lotion and Biore UV Aqua Rich Tone Up Essence.
These multitaskers are said to brighten and correct dull, uneven skin tones while shielding you from harmful UV rays with their SPF50+ PA ++++ protection.
With its lightweight, watery texture, the Biore UV Aqua Rich Aqua Highlight Lotion ($22.30 for 70ml, exclusively available at Guardian Singapore) blurs imperfections and doubles as a make-up highlighter.
Meanwhile, the Biore UV Aqua Rich Tone Up Essence ($21.30 for 70g, exclusively available at Watsons Singapore) has a slight lavender tint that is suitable for yellow undertones. The hydrating gel, which contains hyaluronic acid and royal jelly extract, adds a glow to your complexion. Wear it alone for a fresh, no-make-up look, or as a primer to keep your foundation flawless.

To celebrate the opening of its newly renovated space at 28 Leng Kee Road, local bike dealership Wearnes Harley-Davidson of Singapore has partnered Singaporean fashion designer Amos Ananda to create an upcycled fashion collection.
The limited-edition capsule collection features 18 unique pieces, ranging from shirts to jackets, and breathes new life into past-season items. By incorporating leftover fabrics from his archive, Ananda showcases a new-found beauty in the old, creating a fusion of sustainability and style.
Prices range from $150 for a Hawaiian shirt to $899 for a leather jacket, while stocks last.
There will also be an art mural canvas installation co-created by him and local creative collective Dplmt. This collaborative piece will be painted with sustainable, air-purifying paint from local paint brand Gush, and will also incorporate upcycled spray cans by Dplmt.
