Garnier refreshes products for Asian skin
Garnier has reformulated its best-selling Bright Complete Vitamin C Serum to include BHA and niacinamide.

The French beauty brand has launched a new and improved product line-up tailored for Asian skin, based on research on 10,000 Asian skin types over the past five years.
This unveiling follows the success of its Bright Complete Vitamin C Serum, which was developed with the South-east Asian consumer in mind and launched in 2020. It was named the top serum in 33 countries in April by market research and consumer intelligence company NielsenIQ.
Renamed Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Booster Serum ($28.80), the hero product now features an enhanced formulation, combining vitamin C naturally sourced from corn with activating BHA and niacinamide. The new formula is supposed to be 30 times more effective than traditional vitamin C, visibly reducing dark spots in two weeks.
Other new offerings include the Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Water Gel ($25.50), which is infused with lemon, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid to provide 48 hours of moisture while effectively reducing dark spots.
There is also the Ceramide Water Gel ($25.50), formulated with sakura, hyaluron and ceramides sourced through natural yeast fermentation to deeply hydrate skin and repair its barrier.
