JaeDals’ DIY sandals
Home-grown footwear brand JaeDals is kicking off the opening of its first flagship store at Mandarin Gallery with a custom sandal bar.
Happening from Sept 11 to 21, the DIY Jaedals Jammies Experience is organised in conjunction with Singapore Design Week, and lets customers get hands-on, feet first, with personal style. After Nov 20, the experience will be available permanently in-store.
From puffy strawberries to dreamy clouds to cheeky letters of the alphabet, go wild with expressive accessories that can be stuck onto the sandal straps, no sewing required. The shoes’ lightweight soles are made out of recycled EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), a flexible thermoplastic.

The brand was founded by former advertising creative producer Maggie Chan, who ran online resortwear and kidswear label Baebeeboo.
The label evolved into JaeDals, which today partners social enterprises supporting underprivileged women in Singapore through home-based production and skills training. Its latest collaboration with non-profit New Life Stories trains and empowers formerly incarcerated women to craft JaeDals from home.
As part of the launch, JaeDals is also introducing kids’ sizing, now offering sandals from EUR24 to 42, so parents can twin with their children. The experience is priced at $99 for adults and $79 for kids, including a set of Jammies patches.
Info: JaeDals is at 02-29 Mandarin Gallery, 333A Orchard Road. Register at jaedals.com
Chanel introduces its most luxurious Bleu
Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif.

The French luxury house’s Bleu fragrance for men just got a major upgrade.
Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif ($268 for 60ml) is the most concentrated iteration of the scent yet, enhanced with sandalwood and leathery and resinous notes of cistus labdanum for a deeply complex take that carries well into the night.
Where the other iterations (a parfum, eau de toilette and eau de parfum) lean fresher and more citrusy, this amber-woody scent is markedly more sophisticated in composition. Its sandalwood extract is said to be sourced from an integrated supply chain on the island of Mare in New Caledonia.
The bottle, too, is a sight to behold – a perfect square of midnight blue.

Puma launches nostalgic H-Street
Puma H-Street 2025.

For in-the-know sneakerheads, Puma’s latest shoe is a homage to its early 2000s track-and-field heritage, refreshed for 2025.
The H-Street ($139) was adapted from an archival running spike shoe, the cult classic Puma Harambee that was launched in the late 1990s. Named after the Swahili word meaning “pull together”, the Harambee racer was at the time a front runner in fusing running heritage with a progressive lifestyle aesthetic.
Continuing the fashion set’s obsession with low-slung, slim sneaker silhouettes, the low-profile H-Street features a lightweight mesh upper, T-shaped toebox and track-inspired outsole tread. Snazzy silver panels add a vintage feel to the shoe that comes in three colourways: Black, Frosted Ivory and a daring Fizzy Green.

In September, Puma will also re-release a special-edition H-Street in two Jamaica-inspired colourways, as a tribute to the country’s globally recognised track-and-field legacy.

Find your scent with MCM
MCM Fragrance Collection.

Do not judge a book by its cover or, in this case, choose your perfume based off of its bottle cap – no matter how tempting it may be.
MCM’s Fragrance Collection comprises six unique eau de parfums ($198 for 100ml), each topped with a charming character inspired by the German fashion brand’s distinctive leather animals. The fragrances were created in collaboration with a team of renowned perfumers from global fragrance firm dsm-firmenich.
Mighty Bear, the brand’s most recognisable mascot, embodies strength and resilience grounded in nature – with its zesty bergamot, velvety warm vanilla and earthy sandalwood.

But you would be forgiven for getting distracted by the merry band of characters. Standouts include Zen Elephant, a serene bloom of freesia, magnolia and meditative oakmoss; and Daring Dragon, a comforting yet mysterious tea-forward blend of yuzu, almond flower and sandalwood.

Nars’ multi-purpose stick enhanced
Nars The Multiple collection.

Keep your make-up routine to a minimum with The Multiple ($60)
Its history traces back to 1996, when founder and French make-up artist Francois Nars was one of six make-up artists featured in a Harper’s Bazaar magazine photo shoot, tasked with creating a defining beauty look for spring.
In the allotted three hours, the overachieving artist completed his model’s face in mere minutes, using one lipstick colour for cheeks, lips and eyes – giving rise to the original multi-purpose stick.

Today, The Multiple is reimagined in a new formula that is said to glide on more seamlessly than before. Its transformative cream-to-powder texture swipes on for a soft-focus finish that blurs texture, and can be built up.
In 12 versatile shades – including Nars classics such as Dolce Vita and Orgasm Crave – the handy stick delivers impressive colour payoff despite its weightless feel.
