Chloe Fragrances’ perfume experience at Mondrian hotel

Chloe Fragrances has teamed up with Mondrian Singapore Duxton for an immersive journey of scent. From March 21 to 23, visitors can discover the Atelier des Fleurs collection through a multisensory experience featuring works from local creatives.

Step into the Mondrian Shophouse Suite, where guests are greeted with a floral installation by local floral design studio Charlotte Puxley.

At the fragrance bar and vanity counter, get to know the new Cedrus Intense Eau de Parfum (from $245 for 50ml) and additions to the Atelier du Bain collection, such as a scented shower gel and body lotion in the Cedrus, Santalum and Magnolia Alba scents.

Guests can receive a hand massage, using the Atelier des Mains scented hand creams, as a poetic reading by Singaporean writer Jemimah Wei plays in the background.

Finally, personalise a mini floral watercolour memento to take home, alongside a complimentary Atelier des Fleurs Discovery perfume gift set, while stocks last. The experience takes place in hourly slots, with online registration required.

La Prairie reformulates its Skin Caviar Liquid Lift

Luxury Swiss skincare brand La Prairie has upgraded its best-selling product.

First released in 2012, the Skin Caviar Liquid Lift (from $800 for 30ml) has become a cult favourite among luxury fans for its lifting properties. Harnessing the benefits of natural caviar, it was enriched in 2020 with a blend of proprietary caviar ingredients – Caviar Premier and Caviar Absolute – for a greater lifting and firming effect.

The new edition comes augmented with Caviar Micro-Nutrients, an ultra-rich blend of more than 300 natural nutrients said to support the skin’s metabolism, ceramide synthesis and collagen production. The potent formula also contains peptides and hyaluronic acid to retain moisture and support the skin’s barrier.

With its dual-phase formula housed in two chambers to safeguard potency, the serum’s golden caviar-like beads are activated upon the first pump, turning into a milky emulsion that absorbs quickly into skin. It claims to target wrinkles and contour lines and is said to provide a visible lift in 15 minutes.

If you are on the hunt for a new vitamin C skincare product, look no further than Tatcha’s new Brightening collection.

The range from the Japanese-inspired American brand comprises the Brightening Serum ($150 for 30ml) and Brightening Eye Cream ($105 for 15ml).

At the heart is a 12-hour Time-Release Vitamin C, a proprietary, stabilised form of the antioxidant that remains potent in the bottle and bioavailable in the skin for longer. This is said to provide a controlled, slow-release effect to help with deep penetration without overwhelming more sensitive skin types.

Each formula is infused with vitamin C-rich Japanese plum, ferulic acid and pro-glutathione antioxidant booster to illuminate the skin while fortifying its barrier and refining tone. The serum targets dullness, uneven tone and loss of firmness, while the eye cream aims to firm, lift and reduce puffiness and the look of dark circles.
