SINGAPORE - An interesting Omega Speedmaster will go under the hammer in New York on Sunday (Dec 12). It belonged to the late Ralph Ellison, author of Invisible Man.

Regarded as one of the most important works of American fiction, the novel - first published in 1952 to instant critical acclaim - chronicles the experiences of a young, nameless black man in mid-20th century America.
