It is impossible not to feel happy stepping into fashion designer Dawn Bey's workshop.
The 31-year-old behind print and textiles studio Minor Miracles (minormiracles.shop) works from the ground floor of a rented Chip Bee Gardens shophouse, which overflows with colourful fabrics and a hodgepodge of quirky prints.
