Chinese fashion brand Edition opens first Singapore boutique
The latest in a wave of Chinese brands eyeing the Singapore retail space, fashion brand Edition has opened its first standalone store here at Raffles City, following a shop-in-shop concept at Takashimaya Department Store.
Spanning more than 1,200 sq ft, the store is also the brand’s first in South-east Asia.
Founded in Beijing in 2010, the contemporary fashion label has more than 185 stores worldwide. It is one of five brands owned by fashion conglomerate EPO Fashion Group.

Described as “light luxury”, the clothes are tailored for “the modern gentlewoman”.
Think a mix of workwear staples and statement pieces, including dresses (from $375), blazers (from $560) and coats (from $375).
The store’s Bauhaus-inspired design translates to clean architectural lines, softened by fixtures made from natural materials such as stone, wood, linen and wool. Touches of porcelain and traditional crafts as decor are a nod to the brand’s Chinese heritage.

The newly launched Winter 2025 collection incorporates luxurious natural fibres – including Hanshan cashmere, Tibetan yak down and Peruvian alpaca wool – into an array of outerwear alongside cocoon coats, lightweight down jackets, trench coats and reversible bombers.

Launching exclusively at the pop-up at discounted prices is its aloe vera collection, featuring the Aloe Hydrogel Sheet Mask ($17.10 for a pack of three) and Aloe Barrier Support Moisturizer ($53.10).

The transparent, skin-like gel mask is infused with aloe vera leaf extract for soothing and deep hydration, as well as niacinamide and panthenol. Its cooling formula is said to help calm irritation and reduce redness, while the non-slip fit helps it adhere comfortably to the skin.
Enriched with ceramide to reinforce the skin’s barrier, the moisturiser contains 32.8 per cent aloe leaf extract. Though lightweight enough to absorb easily, its refreshing texture can be built up for more hydration, leaving a radiant glow that works as a great base layer under make-up.
Info: The Glow x Beaubit pop-up is until Nov 23 at Avenue on 3, 03-48 The Paragon, 290 Orchard Road
