SINGAPORE – These days, it may be harder to spot a “naked” bag on the streets than one covered in toys and trinkets.
You could throw a rock and hit a Labubu doll dangling precariously from a handbag, sometimes encased in protective plastic. Or perhaps you have seen its Pop Mart contemporary, Crybaby, strung onto a purse alongside all manner of ribbons, beads and keychains.
