SINGAPORE – Street art need not be restricted to the outdoors. So says Spanish contemporary artist Edgar Plans, whose latest art exhibition Game On now adorns Funan mall.
Visitors walking from City Hall MRT station to the mall can see Plans’ cartoon renditions of famous American National Basketball Association (NBA) players splashed on the walls of the underground pass.
