Bartender Jez Carreon will be representing Singapore in the Sustainable Cocktail Challenge for the fourth time this February.

SINGAPORE – Mr Jez Carreon, senior bartender at Amoy Street bar Employees Only, is hoping that his fourth time will prove the charm when he competes in the global final of the Flor de Cana Sustainable Cocktail Challenge this coming week.
Held from Feb 25 to 27 in the Nicaraguan city of Granada and organised by its premium rum brand Flor de Cana, the contest pits the world’s top mixologists against one another in search of a greener way forward for the industry.
