Enhancing user and partner experiences

In addition to these revamped features, Grab launched Family Accounts in 2024. It enables users to book, track and pay for rides for their loved ones – even if they are living in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam or the Philippines.
While rolling out these new features for users, the platform has also strengthened support for those who power its services.
