SINGAPORE – At the void deck of Block 364A in Sembawang Crescent, items such as packets of rice, tins of baked beans, a chess set, and tea and coffee sachets are neatly arranged on shelves.

Sembawang Blessing Corner is the pandemic brainchild of a group of residents from this block of rental flats, a form of public housing for low-income households.
