SINGAPORE – If you have driven through Short Street or Selegie Road in the past year, your attention may have been caught by a 60m-tall building that towers over nearby shophouses and Peace Centre mall.

With its transparent facade showcasing 14 or so cars stacked one over the other, it looks like a display case of Matchbox toy cars brought to life.
