Cardiologist Pinakin V. Parekh says he loves his Mazda MX-5 as much as he loves his wife

When Dr Pinakin V. Parekh completed his housemanship and became a medical officer in 2008, he marked the milestone by buying his first car - a third-generation Mazda MX-5 soft-top roadster.

Today, the 39-year-old cardiologist is still driving the two-seater. "I have no heart to sell it," he says with a smile.
