SINGAPORE – The Vespa GTV that made its debut in 2006 had an exposed metal tubular handlebar and a low headlight, known in Italian as faro basso, mounted on the scooter’s front fender.
The design – a throwback to the very first Vespa scooter launched in 1946 – was unveiled when retro fever was sweeping the motorcycle world.
