SINGAPORE – The new Skoda Octavia 1.0 e-Tec coasts as if there were an invisible hand pushing it.
It is thus potentially an efficiency king, with a claimed fuel consumption of 4.3 litres/100km, unheard of for a petrol car of its size without a full hybrid motor assistance.
