SINGAPORE – Nothing quite demonstrates the strengths and weaknesses of plug-in hybrids like the new Range Rover 3.0SE PHEV.
The 5m raised, all-terrain limousine that weighs nearly 2.8 tonnes averages 3.6 litres/100km when its lithium battery has a full or partial charge.
