LONDON - I am walking through the central London neighbourhood of Angel, in the borough of Islington, when I pass a hole-in-the-wall cafe advertising £5 (S$8.40) cocktails along with tea and cakes.
I am tempted by the espresso martini, but I give it a miss. My time in the English capital is limited and my itinerary is already packed to the gills.
