SINGAPORE – Remember the tinkle of the ice cream man’s bell that announced his arrival in the neighbourhood? Mr Tobias Peng does, and the memory still puts a smile on his face.
But it was not just the ice cream that got him excited as a kid. The 41-year-old also wistfully recalls the ice cream man’s mode of transport – the vans, motorbikes and tricycles.
