SINGAPORE – Three fried egg sandwiches, three chocolate-chip pancakes, three sugar-coated slices of French toast, a five-egg omelette, a bowl of grits and two cups of coffee. 

Enough food to feed a family of four – but, for 28-time Olympic medallist Michael Phelps, that is just breakfast.
