SINGAPORE - Functionality was a top priority for this family of five when they engaged home-grown firm Collective Designs for the design and renovation of their Ardmore Park condominium apartment.

With seven people living there, including two helpers, the owners - who are in their 40s and declined to be identified - needed every bit of space in the 2,885 sq ft unit to be carefully considered and utilised.
