SINGAPORE – Two apartments for the price of one sounds appealing, and condominium developers have been including dual-key units in their new launches for more than a decade.
Dual-key units, where they exist, have remained the province of private housing. But for HDB unit owners willing to think outside the box, there are ways of revamping their homes to functionally incorporate two “mini-apartments” – while keeping within Housing Board regulations.
