SINGAPORE - Hanging on a wall in Malaysia-born Singaporean actor Lawrence Wong's 2½-storey home in north-eastern Singapore is a custom art installation by botanical design studio This Humid House.

The arrangement of preserved amaranth, giant loofah and pineapple fibres that have been leached of pigment appears to float like an alien form.
