Japanese luxury carmaker Lexus announced on May 12 that Singaporean designer Poh Yun Ru is the winner of this year's Lexus Design Award.

She wowed judges with Rewind, a motion-tracking device that helps evoke memories for seniors who have problems with memory recall such as dementia.
