With many gyms closed temporarily to minimise the spread of Covid-19 infections, many people are seeking alternative workouts.
To help people adapt their gym workouts to stay fit at home, Mr Richard Englisch, 28, a personal trainer at One Personal Training gym, recommends two full-body workouts. These come with five exercises each and can be done using household items.
