From sausages to egg to prawn balls, The Sunday Times puts new meat alternatives and vegan-friendly options to the test

A slew of plant-based products have entered the market, moving beyond the usual alternative meat patties and nuggets. ST's specially selected panel takes a taste test.

As demand for plant-based food continues to grow, new products are constantly entering the buzzing scene.

Many have moved beyond the now mainstream plant-based burger patties and nuggets. The newcomers are different meat alternatives, as well as cheese and seafood substitutes.
