SINGAPORE - When celebrated French chef Yannick Alleno was asked to oversee the restaurant for Once Upon A Time On The Orient Express, an exhibition at Gardens By The Bay, he decided he would make the dining experience worthy of three Michelin stars.
And worthy of the legendary luxury train service, started by Georges Nagelmackers in 1883, when travel was exciting.
