SINGAPORE – It is not just tech companies from China that are setting up in Singapore. In recent months, there has been a surge of Chinese food and beverage (F&B) businesses opening here.
They feed the growing appetite for Chinese cuisine here – moving beyond the now-ubiquitous hotpot and Sichuan-style poached fish to offer less familiar dishes such as fried spicy bullfrog and Hubei street food.
