YAMANASHI, Japan – Like the 15 tons of eggs it uses every day, the rivers of milk, hills of azuki beans, orchards of peaches, grapes, strawberries and other fruit, the Chateraise sweets empire is vast.
Revenue was 100 billion yen (S$940.8 million) in 2021, rising to 130 billion yen in 2022.
