Lovebirds appear to be unaffected by either the Covid-19 pandemic or family commitments as this year's Valentine's Day dinner bookings remain largely unchanged from previous years.
This year, Feb 14 coincides with the third day of Chinese New Year, when many Chinese are expected to be still celebrating with staggered family visits and dinners, especially since each household can receive only eight visitors a day because of social distancing regulations.
