Former hotel chef Calvin Koh, 48 has relocated his cooked food stall, CK Cuisine, from Tannery Lane to a coffee shop in Waterloo Centre. The menu has also been revamped.

His signature dish is Nanyang Soy Pork Rice ($5 for regular, $7 for large), which is based on a family recipe for Heng Hwa-style pork.
