SINGAPORE – Home-grown pie specialist Elijah Pies has upped its game with several additions for its 10th anniversary.

There are three new savoury pies: the decadent wagyu sukiyaki pie ($18.90), snow crab laksa pie ($16.90) and big breakfast pie ($14.90), which features a crunchy croissant crust loaded with garlic cream cheese, chicken ham and a sunny-side-up egg.

Its new dessert option – pistachio praline pie ($9.50 for a slice, $65 for a whole nine-inch pie) – is a winner with a nut-studded shortcrust pastry, crunchy nut butter praline and lush pistachio cremeux.

Elijah Pies’ other popular offerings remain on the menu, including the signature Nutella pie (from $7.90 a slice), Wild Berry Lavender pie (from $8.50), Black Truffle Mash Pie ($13.90) and Warm Apple Pie ($15.90, dine-in only).

Pair the pies with a selection of new drinks, including Matcha Strawberry ($8.50), with Uji matcha ice cubes and fresh milk poured over housemade strawberry puree; and Honey Macadamia (from $7.90), fresh milk infused with macadamia nut butter and wildflower honey.
