SINGAPORE – To say that the Singapore bar scene is buzzing is an understatement. The city has three bars on The World’s 50 Best Bars list – Jigger & Pony (No. 14), Sago House (No. 32) and Atlas (No. 48) – and more are opening.
At least six new ones are offering cocktails classic and out-there. Some are small – East47 at Conrad Singapore Orchard has 12 seats. Some are large – Baia, opening mid-October, can seat 130 people indoors and out.
