SINGAPORE - Six restaurants in Singapore received the coveted Michelin star for the first time this year.
Unveiled at a gala event held at Marina Bay Sands on July 12, the list included a seventh eatery, Burnt Ends, but the modern Australian BBQ restaurant was considered a new entrant only because it moved to new premises in Dempsey late last year. It has been rated one star since 2018.
