SINGAPORE – The phrase “go big or go home” is possibly overused, but that might well be the catchphrase in the food world, now that pandemic dining restrictions have vaporised.

Buffets and food sampling are back, and restaurants are welcoming big groups of diners with open arms. Along with that, some businesses are serving huge one-dish meals and desserts meant to feed a crowd.
