SINGAPORE – Christmas Eve marks the last day of operations for 18-year-old Ristorante Da Valentino at The Grandstand in Turf Club Road. 

Since announcing the closure in October, its chef-owner Valentino Valtulina, 49, has been inundated with regulars returning to dine at the iconic Italian restaurant, which has hosted dignitaries and celebrities.
