BTS The Comeback Live: Arirang

Netflix, live stream on March 21 at 7pm

K-pop juggernaut BTS will make their first full-group public performance in over three years on March 21.

The one-hour event held at Seoul’s historic Gwanghwamun Square will be streamed live on Netflix at 7pm for fans who could not get tickets.

The free concert marks the release of the septet’s latest album, Arirang, titled after Korea’s most famous folk song. The highly anticipated 14-track record will be released on March 20, a day before the performance.

Shops, businesses and cultural centres around the performance area will reportedly be closed on March 21, as almost 260,000 Army (BTS’ fandom) are expected to descend upon Gwanghwamun Square.

Following the live stream of BTS The Comeback Live: Arirang, Netflix will air BTS: The Return on March 27. The documentary serves as a companion to the live performance and offers behind-the-scenes access of the group’s reunion, following their preparation for Arirang before embarking on their global tour in April.

Join Korean-American chef Edward Lee and South Korean actor and TV chef Ryu Su-young as they explore South Korea’s seafood heritage across four seasons, showing that there is more to K-food than just Korean barbecue.

Award-winning chef Lee, who became a household name in South Korea following his participation in Culinary Class Wars (2024), learns about the fresh seafood that his motherland offers. Ryu, a popular South Korean TV personality known for his appearances in variety show Stars’ Top Recipe At Fun-Staurant (2020 to present), serves as Lee’s guide.

Together, the duo uncover seafood traditions that mark each season, such as trying a centuries-old technique to gather seaweed in winter, racing across mud flats to dig for clams in spring and diving with Jeju’s haenyeo (women divers) in summer.

Miley Cyrus is going back to her Disney roots, with the singer returning to the small screen in the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special on Disney+.

Filmed in front of a live studio audience, the special will feature an exclusive, in-depth interview with the Grammy winner as she revisits iconic moments from the series, as well as never-before-seen footage and recreations of its sets.

Hannah Montana ran for four seasons, from 2006 to 2011, and the popular teen sitcom was Cyrus’ launchpad to global stardom.

The series centres on Miley Stewart (Cyrus), a teenage girl living a secret double life as famous pop singer Hannah Montana, an alter ego she adopted so she could maintain her anonymity. Music featured in the show spawned 14 platinum and 18 gold albums.

All four seasons of the show, Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009) and Hannah Montana And Miley Cyrus: Best Of Both Worlds Concert (2008) are available on Disney+.
