The film, released in North America on July 3, has earned US$318 million (S$407 million) at the global box office within its first six days.

Jackson and Robert Downey Jr, who are placed second and third respectively. Johansson has 36 films under her belt; Jackson, 71; and Downey, 45.
Her all-time box office gross stands at US$14.8 billion. Jackson has US$14.6 billion and Downey has US$14.3 billion.
The 40-year-old American actress told US magazine Entertainment Weekly that it was a childhood dream of hers to be part of the Jurassic Park franchise. She plays Zora Bennett, a covert operations expert, in the latest instalment.
She watched 1993’s Jurassic Park when she was 10, one of the first movies she caught in a theatre. She described it as mind-blowing and life-changing.
